The House

TV Usage

Our TV is a projector the hits the back wall near the chimney. There is a 2 remotes one to turn it on and one to drive. Click the red power button to turn on the TV and click it twice to turn it off. And there is a video in the how to section if you feel you need it.

Kitchen Details

We have a microwave, oven, toaster oven, and a stovetop. Feel free to cook, and eat the food in the fridge! There is also soda in the basement.

Upstairs Layout

Upstairs there is a playroom, kids room, master bedroom, guest room, and bathroom. There shouldn't be any reason to go into the kids rooms and the master bedroom. And the guest bedroom is at the end of the hall on the left.

WiFi

The house's WiFi is the "Mr. Broom" network with the password HHHHhhhh7777&&&&

The Dogs

Food Schedules

Morning (This is whenever you take them out of their crates) Castle - 2 Cups Cinnamon - 2 Cups Evening (Usually around 4:00) Castle - 1/4 Cup Cinnamon - 1 Cup

Bathroom Care

While both dogs and fully trained, Castle has a sensitive stomach and will use the restroom in his crate from time to time. There are gloves under the kitchen sink, as well as pet spray. You can just through out his towel/blanket and if need be hose off the bottom of the crate, which slides out the side. We generally let out the dogs every 1 1/2-2 hours.

Personality Notes

Both of the dog are extremely sweet and are always looking to get some love. They both love to play, and get treats. Cinnamon loves to cuddle up on the for some couch rot time, and Castle loves having his belly rubbed. You can see some pictures in the pictures section the and take some to be added!

Leashes

There are leashes on the top of their crates that can go around their necks or be attached to their collars. Castle is not super well behaved on a leash and may pull a bit. When walking them with their leashes it's best to leave their collars on and bring the remote.

The Area

Philomont

Our property is situated in the heart of Philomont. Just a short stroll up Philomont Road, you will find the local general store, the firehouse, and the community center. The general store operates daily from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM and serves as a convenient spot for snacks, beverages, and custom-made sandwiches, alongside pantry staples like pasta and essential condiments.

Out & About

Purcellville is located roughly 15 minutes away, offering varied dining options, pharmacies, and large supermarkets. For walks, the W&OD Trail in Purcellville and there is also Franklin Park. Those are good places for solo walks without the dogs, but the dogs really enjoy walks on the gravel roads.

Security System

Door / Door Codes

As you know each entrance and exit door has a pinned to which everyone has their own code. The door will automatically lock if they are not used for 5 minutes. The door to the back deck has a weird lock and you have to twist the handle to lock and unlock it.
